Our client is seeking an immigration associate with 1-4 years of experience in employment-based immigration to join their Labor and Employment Group. The role involves preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, advising on long-term goals, and addressing challenges related to the global workforce of clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in obtaining temporary work visas, securing lawful permanent residence, and navigating complex I-9 and E-Verify employment verification rules. Applicants must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Ohio. Strong project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a capacity to handle a fast-paced workload are essential.
