Description
Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience to join their Immigration business unit. The preferred location is Austin, TX, though other office locations may be considered for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment-based immigration, including handling H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs, and should be open to working on various immigration matters. Candidates must have experience advising clients on immigration issues and preparing petitions and applications for USCIS submission. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are essential. The ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
