Description
Our client is seeking a business immigration attorney to join their Employment & Compensation Practice Group in Chicago. The role involves managing a high volume of global and U.S. immigration cases, drafting and preparing business NIV and IV petitions, and drafting client communications. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in U.S. business immigration, with global immigration experience being a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills are essential, along with top academic credentials and excellent communication and writing abilities.
