Description
Our client seeks a business immigration attorney (non-track) to join the Employment & Compensation Practice Group in their Chicago office, handling a high volume of global and U.S. immigration cases. Responsibilities include drafting, preparing, and assembling business NIV and IV petitions, including RFE responses, drafting client communications, and using internal case management tools to manage multiple assignments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, organizational, and case management skills, with the ability to handle many tasks concurrently. Top academic credentials, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and writing skills are required. Candidates must have one to three years of experience with U.S. business immigration, with global immigration experience being a plus.
