Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their market-leading Infrastructure practice in New York, Washington, D.C., Houston, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7+ years of experience in infrastructure-focused projects, particularly with PPP, design-build, and other alternative delivery methods. The role involves working closely with clients in sectors such as transit, utilities, energy transition, higher education, water, TOD, and social infrastructure. Candidates should have experience representing equity investors, financing parties, strategic operators, and contractors, with a strong understanding of P3 concession agreements, DB and O&M contracts, USDOT loans and grants, and project financing. Proficiency in navigating competitive procurement with public owners is essential. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, superior communication skills, and be a member of the State Bar where they intend to practice.
