Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney with a focus on transportation and motor vehicle accident liability for their San Diego office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with 2+ years of litigation experience looking to take on substantial litigation responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and have experience with defense litigation. Experience in defending Transportation, Motor Vehicle Accident, and Personal Injury matters is preferred. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, collaborating with other attorneys and partners, handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients.
