Description
Our client, a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking an Insolvency Associate for their offices in Austin, Dallas, or Houston. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of bankruptcy litigation experience, with a preference for those who have taken bankruptcy and secured credit courses in law school. Commercial bankruptcy experience is also desirable. The role will involve significant trial appearances and related travel. Candidates should possess a strong academic record, excellent interpersonal skills, superior judgment, and the ability to handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies effectively. An active Texas bar license is required, or a commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.
