Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking an Insolvency Associate for their Austin office. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of bankruptcy litigation experience, with a preference for those who have taken bankruptcy and secured credit courses in law school and possess commercial bankruptcy experience. This role involves significant hearing and trial appearances, requiring related travel, and will primarily support the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit. Candidates must have a strong academic record, excellent interpersonal skills, superior judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
