Our client is seeking an attorney to join their Insurance practice group in Philadelphia, Florham Park, NJ, or New York. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of litigation experience and be motivated to handle a steady volume of insurance litigation while enjoying autonomy and team collaboration. This role offers flexibility in hours with corresponding compensation. Bar admission is required. The practice involves working with major insurance industry clients across various lines, including annuity, health, life, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty, as well as handling regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. The position provides opportunities for direct client engagement and early career business development.
