Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced insurance coverage lawyer for an associate position within their Insurance Coverage practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, either representing policyholders or insurers, coupled with litigation experience. Applicants should possess strong analytical and writing skills, have familiarity with first- and third-party insurance policies, and understand insurance policy interpretation principles. Leadership qualities, initiative, and comfort in working directly with clients are essential. A strong academic record and a commitment to pro bono work are also required. This position is available in either Miami or Washington, DC. Candidates should be licensed in the jurisdiction of the office they are applying to, or be able to obtain such licensing within one year of hire.
