Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions for first-party property and general liability matters. Litigation experience, including depositions, court hearings, and motion practice, is essential. Strong research and writing skills are required, and admission to the New York Bar is mandatory. The role involves interpreting various contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims, including monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.
