Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Orange County, CA, is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of experience in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions on first-party property and general liability matters. Litigation experience, including depositions, court hearings, and motion practice, is essential. Strong research and writing skills are required, and admission to the California Bar is mandatory. The practice focuses on interpreting contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims, including mediations, arbitrations, and litigation in state and federal courts. The firm represents a wide range of insurance-related entities and values candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in insurance law.
