Description
Our client is seeking an experienced insurance coverage lawyer for a full-time, partnership-track associate position within their Insurance Coverage practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage, representing policyholders or insurers, and possess litigation experience. Essential qualifications include excellent analytical and writing skills, familiarity with first- and third-party insurance policies, and principles of insurance policy interpretation. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, initiative, and the ability to work directly with clients and colleagues. A strong academic record, willingness to engage in pro bono work, and a focus on client service are also required. This role is available in Miami or Washington, DC, with a preference for candidates licensed in the respective jurisdiction or willing to obtain licensure within one year.
