Description
Our client is seeking an experienced insurance coverage lawyer for a full-time, partnership-track associate position within their Insurance Coverage practice group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage, representing either policyholders or insurers, along with litigation experience. Essential skills include excellent analytical and writing abilities, familiarity with first- and third-party insurance policies, and a strong understanding of insurance policy interpretation principles. The role requires leadership, initiative, and the ability to work directly with clients and colleagues. A strong academic record and a commitment to pro bono work are also important. This position is available in Boston, Miami, Richmond, or Washington, DC, with a preference for candidates licensed in the respective jurisdiction or willing to obtain licensure within a year.
