They are currently seeking a mid-level associate to join their sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice’s insurance coverage team. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance coverage litigation, and excellent academic credentials. The role involves drafting complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, working on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, conducting discovery, and analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes.
