Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing insurance coverage group. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with experience in insurance coverage litigation matters, who will work with a team of seasoned coverage litigation attorneys handling cases domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania, and have at least 1 year of coverage/litigation experience. They should have experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL and property), both third-party and first-party claims, and coverage analysis and writing. Responsibilities include working closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/litigation matters, drafting coverage opinion letters and pleadings, handling discovery in coverage/litigation, providing clients with insurance coverage advice on various subjects, and drafting reports to clients.
