Description
Our client, a prominent full-service defense litigation law firm with a national presence, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage/Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney for their Costa Mesa office. This role offers a dynamic work environment where the selected candidate will join a collaborative team of seasoned attorneys handling insurance coverage and litigation matters across the U.S. for both domestic and foreign insurers. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and have at least one year of experience in insurance coverage or coverage litigation. Key responsibilities include investigating claims, drafting coverage opinion letters, handling coverage litigation matters such as drafting pleadings and motions, and providing insurance coverage advice to clients.
