Description
Our client is seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join their sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, including insurance coverage litigation, and possess excellent academic credentials. Responsibilities include drafting complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, conducting legal research, managing discovery processes, and working closely with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel. The role also involves analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions.
