Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join their growing insurance coverage group in Dallas. This role is ideal for attorneys with over 3 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, including handling coverage opinions (CGL and property), third-party and first-party claims, and coverage analysis. Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Texas. Responsibilities include drafting coverage opinion letters, pleadings, motions, handling discovery, and providing clients with comprehensive insurance coverage advice.
