Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join their expanding insurance coverage group in New Jersey. This role is ideal for attorneys with over 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, including coverage opinions and analysis in areas such as CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D&O, and property. Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Responsibilities include drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, and handling discovery, as well as providing clients with comprehensive insurance coverage advice. The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative team of attorneys handling cases across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and nationwide.
