Our client, a prominent full-service defense litigation law firm with a national presence, is seeking a Senior Insurance Coverage/Coverage Litigation Attorney for their operations in Costa Mesa/Los Angeles. This role offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys with at least 8 years of experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of seasoned attorneys handling complex cases across the U.S. for both domestic and foreign insurers. Applicants must hold a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in California. The role involves analyzing insurance claims, drafting coverage opinions across various insurance lines such as CGL, property, professional liability, and more. Additionally, responsibilities include drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and providing comprehensive insurance coverage advice to clients.
