Description
Our client, a prominent full-service defense litigation law firm established in 1978 and ranked among the top 200 law firms in the U.S., is seeking a Senior Insurance Coverage/Coverage Litigation Attorney for their Costa Mesa/Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess at least 8 years of experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation. Experience should include drafting coverage opinions across various insurance lines such as CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, and intellectual property, as well as handling both third-party and first-party claims. The role involves working closely with a team of experienced attorneys across the U.S., investigating claims, drafting coverage opinion letters, managing coverage litigation matters including drafting pleadings and motions, and providing insurance coverage advice to both domestic and foreign insurers.
