Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm based in Phoenix, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice. The ideal candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions, particularly related to first-party property and general liability issues. Applicants must have substantial litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills are essential, and admission to the Arizona State Bar is mandatory. The role involves interpreting various contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims across the U.S., including activities like monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in both state and federal courts. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid background in litigation, a keen interest in insurance law, and a desire to work in a collaborative and growing firm.
