INSURANCE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3026)
Description
Our client is seeking a full-time associate attorney to join their Litigation Department in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, with additional experience in insurance defense or creditors' rights litigation being advantageous. Candidates must possess strong verbal communication and writing skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently. A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school is required, along with an active bar license in Pennsylvania. Admission to practice in New Jersey or the ability to obtain it within a year is necessary, while admission in New York is a plus. The role involves representing insurers in litigation related to commercial, personal, and umbrella policies, analyzing coverage questions, and litigating coverage and bad faith claims.
