Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate with over 2 years of experience to join their team in Boston. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set in complex litigation, particularly in insurance coverage and risk management. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex coverage issues, conducting legal research, writing briefs, preparing witnesses, managing document production, and engaging in expert discovery and trial practice. A JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school is required, and judicial clerkship experience is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize and collaborate effectively are essential.
