The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to the state bar in good standing, and have 4-5 years of experience primarily representing policyholders in commercial insurance disputes. The role requires strong skills in complex commercial litigation, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for managing multiple deadlines effectively.
