Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Insurance Recovery Group in Roseland, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage. The role involves representing policyholders in disputes related to environmental, construction defect, mass tort, product liability, cyber, Reps and Warranty, Directors and Officers, and Professional Liability claims. Key responsibilities include analyzing insurance policies, assessing coverage, identifying recovery sources, making claim tenders, negotiating with insurers, and preparing legal documents.
