Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an Associate with 3 to 5 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience. The successful candidate will be based in one of their offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Orange County, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Washington D.C. The role requires an understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies. Extensive civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, discovery and discovery motion practice, depositions, and court appearances, is essential. Experience with business development, client management, and independent case management is preferred. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate superior research and writing ability. The firm is seeking highly motivated individuals who appreciate innovative thinking and can work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team.
