Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation to join their Insurance + Reinsurance practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, along with extensive civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Preferred candidates will also have experience in business development, client management, and independent case management. This practice group is renowned for handling complex claims and high-exposure coverage and reinsurance matters. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
