This firm champions a creative, respectful, and inclusive culture that values diversity and fosters innovation. The successful candidate will work with highly ranked attorneys, providing strategic counsel to clients across all industries on issues of prosecution, enforcement, litigation, licensing, and advertising. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of U.S. and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience, a background in copyright law, and an active membership in the state bar. Superior writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment are a must.
