Description
Our client, a prestigious legal firm, is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Associate with over three years of patent litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily litigation tasks, independently prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and communicate effectively with other lawyers. Experience in taking and defending depositions will be viewed favorably. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, proven written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgment. Admission to practice in Florida, Georgia, or New York is mandatory, and a USPTO registration number or technical background is strongly preferred. Past experience in patent and trademark litigation and prosecution will be a plus.
