Our client, a respected law firm based in Houston, is seeking an IP Attorney with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics to join their Intellectual Property Section. The role involves a wide array of intellectual property services, including patent drafting and prosecution, legal opinions, licensing, trademark counseling, and litigation. The ideal candidate should possess 1–3 years of law firm experience, outstanding writing and communication skills, excellent client relationship and interpersonal abilities, and a robust academic record.
