Our client, a prestigious national Intellectual Property group, is seeking a mid-level associate patent attorney with significant experience in patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio management. This role is available in their Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago offices. The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in computer or software engineering, or computer sciences, and must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing patent portfolios, conducting freedom-to-operate opinions, due diligence, and landscape analysis.
