Description
Our client is seeking mid-level associates with 3 to 7+ years of experience to join their Intellectual Property Litigation practice across various U.S. locations, with a significant presence in Southern California, the Bay Area, and the East Coast. Ideal candidates will possess a background in intellectual property and/or patent litigation, outstanding research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong advocacy skills, excellent academic credentials, and a proactive work ethic are essential. A bachelor’s or higher degree in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Chemistry is preferred. Admission to the State Bar in the office location is mandatory.
