Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Intellectual Property team in Chicago. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a diverse, multidisciplinary practice, engaging closely with senior colleagues and participating in business development and client-facing activities. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property prosecution and litigation, particularly in patent and trademark matters, along with patent drafting experience and strong research and writing skills. An Electrical Engineering degree, a JD degree, and admission to the Illinois Bar and USPTO are required.
