Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property associate for their Washington, DC office, with 3 to 6 years of patent litigation experience and a background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a similar field. The ideal candidate will have district court litigation experience, as well as practice experience before the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates should be Patent Bar Admitted and have a JD from 2018 to 2020.
