Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Intellectual Property practice group in Atlanta, Boston, Richmond, or Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of substantive patent litigation experience, with a technical degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering, or significant experience in related fields. PTAB experience is strongly preferred. The team is nationally recognized for providing counsel on the development, acquisition, management, and monetization of intellectual property, helping clients bring groundbreaking advancements to market across various disciplines.
