Our client is seeking highly skilled and motivated associates with two to four years of experience to join their dynamic Intellectual Property Litigation practice in any of their U.S. offices, with a significant presence in Southern California, the Bay Area, and the East Coast. The role involves leading patent portfolio management, conducting patent analysis and providing strategic advice, managing IP litigation and dispute resolution, and overseeing trademark and trade secret protection. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate licensing agreements, and provide legal counsel and training on IP matters. Staying current with IP laws and developing strategies to enhance the IP portfolio in line with business objectives is essential.
