Our client, a top law firm in the Mountain West, is seeking an IP Transactions Associate with 1-5 years of experience to join their vibrant, growing team. The role involves structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements related to IP, technology, and other commercial matters. The successful candidate will also support the IP components of M&A deals, serving a diverse client base of emerging growth, mid-market, and Fortune 500 companies. The position is flexible regarding partnership or non-partnership track aspirations and career paths. The ideal candidate should have an excellent academic record from a top-tier law school, quality law firm experience, superior drafting skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and a passion for working hard in a fast-paced environment.
