Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their dynamic national Intellectual Property group as an IP Litigation attorney. The role can be based in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Madison, or Washington DC. While an undergraduate or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field is preferred, it is not a requirement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their litigation skills in all stages of IP litigation, from pre-filing investigations through appeal. This includes conducting pre-suit due diligence investigations, managing complex discovery, discovery negotiations, motions and hearings, taking and defending depositions, and drafting pleadings, motions, and pre- and post-trial briefings, and appellate briefs. The candidate must have a strong academic record as well as exceptional organizational, communication and writing skills. Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
