Description
Our client seeks an associate with four to six years of IP litigation experience for their offices in Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York, Phoenix, or Washington, D.C. The role involves working on patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright litigation, along with other strategic IP-related agreements, with significant client contact and responsibility. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, experience in intellectual property litigation, and superb writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. A background in software or electrical engineering and membership in the Patent Bar are preferred.
