INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2586)
Description
Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) litigation associate with two to five years of patent litigation experience. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day litigation tasks, prepare court pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and communicate effectively with other lawyers and staff. Experience with depositions, Hatch-Waxman/ANDA litigation, and other forms of IP litigation or prosecution is a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgment. Admission to practice in Florida, Georgia, California, DC, New Jersey, or New York is required, and a USPTO registration number or patent bar eligibility is strongly preferred.
