Description
Our client is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join their thriving Intellectual Property practice. This position offers the opportunity to focus on patent litigation for a national and international client base from their Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Washington D.C., or Wilmington office. Successful candidates will have two to four years of intellectual property litigation experience, with a preference for those who have served as federal judicial law clerks. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, motivated, and possess excellent academic credentials along with strong written and oral communication skills.
