Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their national Intellectual Property group as an IP Litigation attorney, preferably based in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of patent, trademark, and other intellectual property litigation, including pre-filing investigations, developing case strategies, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and arguing evidentiary and dispositive motions.
