Description
Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join their team and support all facets of intellectual property litigation. The role involves preparing for and participating in depositions, hearings, and trials, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably in a large law firm, and possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. A background in electrical engineering or computer science is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of intellectual property laws, excellent legal research and writing skills, and the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
