Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel Intellectual Property associate to join their team in Houston, Seattle, or New York. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in IP litigation, with a preference for those experienced in life sciences and representing pharmaceutical companies. Key responsibilities include conducting research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery practices, and participating in hearings and depositions. Candidates should hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, be admitted to the state bar, and have experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation. Strong brief writing, deposition skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers, providing active mentoring and increasing responsibility.
