Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of experience in IP litigation, with trial experience preferred, and a technical background in software, computer science, electrical or mechanical areas. The role involves conducting independent research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing the discovery practice. Some experience participating in hearings and depositions and interfacing directly with clients is also required. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
