Description
Our client is seeking a patent attorney or patent agent with two to five years of experience to join their life science patent practice. The role involves servicing a diverse range of companies, from startups to global leaders, focusing on strategic positioning and protection of innovations. The ideal candidate will have a background in fields such as cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, or engineering among others, coupled with previous patent prosecution experience. A law degree is required for attorneys. This position values collaborative teamwork, innovation, diversity, and inclusion, and offers a work-life balance. While the preferred locations are in Salt Lake City or Denver, other locations may be considered.
