Our client, a renowned firm specializing in Intellectual Property & Technology, is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation attorney with a background in patent litigation. The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or a related field. An advanced degree or industry experience will be considered an asset. While membership in the Patent Bar is preferred, it is not a requirement.
