Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with 3-6 years of general Intellectual Property (IP) experience to join their dynamic Intellectual Property and Technology practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and play a crucial role in handling a diverse range of IP-related tasks, including federal court litigation on trademark, copyright, trade dress, rights of publicity, trade secret, false advertising, and unfair competition. Responsibilities also include drafting pleadings, motions, and expert reports, assisting with discovery and settlement strategies, conducting UDRP and T.T.A.B. litigation, managing global trademark portfolios, and advising on copyright issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and be eager to expand their expertise across these areas.
